UNKNOWN CONSEQUENCES...

Since the release of his debut album “Unknown Consequences“ (09/2008) (produced by Provo Beats), the munich resident has aquired a high profile within and beyond the rap scene. In 2009 he and Provo Beats reached the finals of the Bandcontest “Sprungbrett“ (Feierwerk/Munich). The "Bayerische Rundfunk" (Bavarian Broadcasting Network) recognized MP & Provo for taking Hip-Hop beyond “braggart cliché phrases“, and named them “Bavarian Band of the week“. BR then elevated them to “extraordinary Hip-Hoppers“, with 6 TV episodes, following their climb through the ranks on “Startrampe“.  With the exposure won through their successful 3 month long television following, they have exceeded 30 LIVE concerts this year (4 international concerts).
To top it all off, Provo & MP have integrated the “The Otters“ into a Live-Set. The original music, composed on computer, has been re-interpreted, comes to life and drives it all home, with an amazing dialogue, an heightened exchange of energy with percussion, bass, guitar, and keyboard.
Another musical venture of his is the musical collaboration with independent, trip hop, dub step musical group „Sample Minded“ (you can check out this band in the link section).
2011 will see the next album release from Manekin Peace called „SOMETHING WICKED WALKS YOUR WAY!“ solely produced by Doe Diggler. But before that he releases the Online Mixtape „FORM SWALLOWS FUNCTION VOLUME 1: DAN S LOUNGE“ (produced by L One) as preview of what will await the audience in the future. Download and enjoy.
